• Currency and VAT: All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, if applicable.
• Billing: You confirm that you are the lawful holder of the credit card or payment account used for the purchase, or that you have the necessary authorisation to use it.
• Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, in the event of a material pricing error, Brave Roots reserves the right to correct the price, cancel the order, and issue a full refund.

3. International Orders and Risk

Your completion of payment for the book price constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to the separate payment of the shipping fee, as detailed in the Shipping Policy. The final contract of sale is contingent upon payment for both the book and the quoted shipping cost. Brave Roots is not responsible for international customs delays or clearance failures.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, including violating the intellectual property rights of others (authors/publishers).

5. Intellectual Property

All copyright, title, and intellectual property rights in the content contained within the physical books remain with the original authors and publishers. Your purchase grants you ownership of the physical copy only.

Brave Roots' liability for any claim related to products purchased is limited to the extent permitted by the CPA, specifically to repair, replacement, or refund as detailed in the Refund Policy. Brave Roots will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts in the event of any dispute.
